askHermis uses the providers below to deliver the Service. Each processes personal data on our behalf under a written agreement with data protection terms, as set out in our Data Processing Addendum.
Our platform and customer data are hosted in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

These providers run the language models that understand guest messages and draft replies. They receive the content needed to generate a response.

5. Updates
