This policy explains how askhermis.com uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage. It complements our Privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage works in a similar way but stays on your device and is not sent with each request. Both let a site remember something between visits. First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by another company whose service we use.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary. Needed for the website to work and to remember your cookie choice. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off in the banner.
Analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website. It is loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
Marketing. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add any, they will run only with your consent and will be listed here first.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.
3. Links to other services
When you book a demo, you move to Calendly; when you follow our social links, you move to LinkedIn. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them.
4. Changing your choice
- On our website: select “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to open the banner and change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and removes the Google Analytics cookies we set.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means the banner will show on every visit.
- Google Analytics: you can also install Google’s opt-out add-on.
